Hi Just got a brand new Box Cisco VIP30 off ebay, the standard phone functions work fine, just a couple of questions, 1) how do I program the other buttons not on the standard keypad part.. 2) When I hang up the display doesn't clear and keeps the numbers just dialed on screen, can this be cleared down. thanks for your help Robb
