[Asterisk-Users] Block Callerid with VoicPulse Connect!

The company I'm doing that for is a telemarketing company.  By law they have to
send caller id with every call.

Before we did this, there was no caller id sent (i.e. it was blocked)

So....to block it you have to do nothing...
