Yeah, I thought of downgrading too, but thought that I may as well fix the 
problem since it hadn't been fixed yet.  If you want the latest CVS 
version, just update again, apply the final patch I included (or, if you 
like, I can send you a fixed indications.c), and "make; make install" as root.

By the way, how do you like your BT101?  My friend (mentioned in the bugfix 
email) ordered one to use with FWD, and for a cheap SIP phone, it seems to 
work very well.  Looks pretty good, too (black).
