Well, that's the default demo settings.; my understanding is that it 
defines how long you have to press a key before it moves to the next 
item. I first I found this confusing so I removed this line ; didn't 
make a single difference.

Please note I do not have this 5s cut-out when I'm on the LAN, only 
when i'm connecting over the internet to the asterisk server remotely.
