The jist of this is that i4l does not allow outgoing DTMF ???
ie - its broken???

or is this just with the EICON dumb BRI card(s) ???
...and only CAPI for ISDN cards actually works as desired? (ie - with
outgoing DTMF)

(if I could only successfully get the recipe for compiling the CAPI
drivers for the EICON DIVA Dumb (2.02/2.01) cards.... :)
