[Asterisk-Users] No channel type registered for 'ZAP'

I found my error: the TDM01B (1-port FXO & TDM400P bundle) ships with 
the single FXO module in position 4, not position 1. Thus using fxsks=4 
in zaptel.conf and channel => 4 in zapata.conf fixed things.
