I'm using a ZyXel Prestige 2000W. It works, and sounds OK.
Call hold, transfer, forward (and anything else that makes the phone 
worth using as a SIP device) does not work. From what I can tell, buy a 
Cisco 7920 & Access points or get a DECT cordless and an ATA286 & save 
your money! :-)

 From ZyXEL support in Australia:
"... To date, HOLD/RESUME is not available in the current firmware 
release.  The documentation will be updated in accordance ASAP. ..."
