[Asterisk-Users] Patch to test: Mailbox path changes

This patch unifies the code that decides on the location of a mailbox and
stores voicemail in a tree-like structure, to be prepared for very large
volumes of voicemailboxes in one file system.

It's disputed whether this affects performance on common Linux file systems
or not. Please test the patch and join the discussion on the bug tracker.
We need to make a decision on whether to integrate this patch or not, and need
more feedback!
