You might want to change the FAQ:

Q. Are you planning on offering non 0845 numbers? 
A. The industry is looking into various alternative numbering options,
   but current geographic numbers are unlikely to be used for voip. 

Perhaps you could change the answer to "we don't offer them but most
other providers do."  It'd be a little less misleading.

Also:

Q. Is caller ID provided on the line? 
A. No, not at this time. 

Q. Why not?
A. Errm, good question.
