Yes actually after about 3 days of uptime this has started to happen to 
me.  I get dialtone and can then dial the number again, but* isn't doing 
the dialing for me, as it was for hte past couple days.

Haven't taken any time to try to find out why, but I can confirm it is 
happening to me.
