The problem was I was trying to use Playback() right after Dial, which
doesn't work because after Dial completes it skips over any sub-items
in your dial plan, since the connect to Console worked. So, the
correct way is to add the A(soundfile) to your options list, for
example.

Dial(Console/dsp,10,A(beep))
