[Asterisk-Users] SpanDSP Makefile.patch

Ok further digging has show the following in /var/log/asterisk/full

  WARNING[-1085173088]: libspandsp.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory

Can anyone shed some light on this?

If you're going to do it in the Makefile use -D_GNU_SOURCE. #define is used
in source files. You can also try compiling with "make
CFLAGS='-D_GNU_SOURCE'" instead.
