[Asterisk-Users] How to use return value in extensions.conf

This looks like a job for AGI...

I'd do something like

exten => _0207XXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/$EXTEN},15)
exten => _0207XXXXXXX,2AGI('missed-call-email.agi')
exten => _0207XXXXXXX,3,Voicemail(u${EXTEN:4})
exten => _0207XXXXXXX,4,Hangup
exten => _0207XXXXXXX,102,AGI('missed-call-email.agi')

...etc...
