[Asterisk-Users] HANGUPCAUSE

Personally I would like AST_CAUSE to be the Asterisk cause code (which
should be the same for all technologies), TECH_CAUSE (IAX2_CAUSE,
SIP_CAUSE, PRI_CAUSE) would be interesting and useful to some people.
