[Asterisk-Users] festival patch missing in latest CVS or stable build

Hello

I downloaded the stable build of * and was not able to find the festival patch in that build.  Also i tried from CVS and the same.

Can anyone tell me where i can find the festival patch?

Or the patch is no more requried. i can just compile festival and it will work??????
