I'd say that 4x10 isn't yet a very cost effective route to go now. Your
best bet is to use a channel bank with FXO and FXS ports and a T1
interface. This way you can deal with the 4 analog ins just fine and
have some extra for future growth before the T1/E1 is more cost
effective.
