[Asterisk-Users] Advance Options in VoicemailMain() ?

Hello

One of the option in VoicemailMain() is "Adavance Options". Could anyone explain what are these ?. Because whenever I select Advance Options, it repeats the same process of asking "Change Folders,Advance options...". 
Do I need to add my own functionality under Advace Options, if Yes how can I go about doing that, any kind of pointers will help me alot.
