[Asterisk-Users] More words for Allison

I don't know where to look to find out if these phrases already exist, so 
forgive me if they do.  These are both used on my NorTel Modular ICS for 
call transfer screening.  I am lurking and discussing ways to do this 
off-line and I believe these would be good to have for this feature.

For exact intonation of the below, please ask the golden throat to dial 
805/692-2323 and then x234.  You'll hear each message as you do this.

"please record your name at the tone"
"one moment please"
