I pulled down a current CVS last night. I believe I misstated my
problem.

If I dial from line1 to line2, but hang up before answering, all is
well.

If I dial from line1 to line1, or line2 to line2, but hang up while it's
ringing, it does not disconnect for a minute or two(probably my hard
timeout).
