Problem solved, I found a previous posting about this...

In asterisk/channels/chan_zap.c

Change this from 1 to 2:

#define DEFAULT_CIDRINGS 2

Recompiled and the error message is gone, and CallerID is now displaying on
the phone, although it doesn't appear until about the 2nd or 3rd ring, it's
still better than nothing :-)
