1. we do "parallel forking" which permits several 
UAs to ring at once.  In my case, my home office,
work office, and my vacation site all ring at once.
We also have the welcome line... which is manned by volunteers
around the world.  the first to answer 'wins' the call.

2. FWD's current standard is G711, although we will pass requests 
for any codec.  (I've been using video lately. )
