Sorry... it is 1MB/h (in one direction), not 10MB/h (typing error), but
still 24MB/day and for my 500MB/month subscribtion is far to much....

This is a tipical pattern per hour for some consecutive hours (for the
IAXTEL IP address = 69.73.19.178):
