[Asterisk-Users] x100p dropping incoming calls

I have been experiencing hung up when answering incoming calls through 
x100p.

As soon I pick up the phone when it rings. The call was hungup. It seems 
to be occasional and not happens all the time.

Anyone has any comment on what possible cause.
