[Asterisk-Users] Dialing 800 numbers with VOIP

I land inbound calls from service XXX in a context called 
[inbound_XXX] examples are inbound_FWD and inbound_PSTN.
Then if I want to allow these callers dail out access I include
an [outbound_YYY} context.
