[Asterisk-Users] Transfer and keep variables

Is there any way to transfer a call from host to host and keep the call's 
variables intact? -- specifically, UNIQUE_ID and user created variables 
like CARD_NUMBER, EXPIRATION_DATE, and CVV2?
