[Asterisk-Users] Asterisk 1.0.3 - Signaling on E100P.

Had the same problem recently with the same cards. Change the order
of the definitions in /etc/zaptel.conf so as to define the E100P
channels first and the TDM channels after. (Someone told me that was
because of the load order of the supporting modules. But in playing
around with those, it didn't make any difference that I could tell.
Ended up having to change the definitions as stated above.)
