Alberto,

Voice only conferencing - yes.  Look for "MeetMe" in the wiki.
MeetMe lets you set up a conference room at say ext. 1234.  Everyone then dials 
that extension and joins the conference.  You can also set it up with a room password.

I would like to know if is possible to do a conference with 9 client
with asterisk.
The client is connecting to sever through lan, we think don't use PSTN
or ISDN.
