How about getting a free ipkall number, or a $7.99 voicepulse one, and 
sending it to:

"all members of the household are busy assisting other telemarketers". 
Then: "If you're calling about a domain, dial the first six characters of 
the domain name." Then send it to a voicemailbox.

This would allow legitimate contact, coupled with call screening. Chances 
are there would be no revenue from the 900 number anyway :(
