[Asterisk-Users] Problems with T100P card not releasing channels.

i don't know if the adtran is the problem or if it's the system.  
nothing in the debug (messages) output suggests a problem.  if someone 
calls in, it picks up, goes through its normal stuff...then i get a 
'hangup' on the channel.  but, after a while, the system just stops 
accepting calls and rings and rings...then after a while longer i get an 
operater message saying the circuts are all busy.

i've followed every bit of documentation i can find about setting up the 
system...but this seems to keep happening.  i have a t100p card 
connected to an adtran which links up with the incoming t1.  this only 
seems to affect the zap channels.  internal calling and operation is 
fine.  voice mail, etc.  also, someone was on the phone talking and all 
of a sudden the system just hung up on him.  i don't have any timeouts 
set on call duration.  i don't know why it would just hang up.
