[Asterisk-Users] Granstream BT100 Rings Once and Waits for Call Pickup?

Hi Folks!
 
I have another problem with BT100 Phone. Whenever someone calls me, it rings once and stops. But the call is still on hold till I pickup. 
 
How do I increase the number of rings? Is this a * problem? or BT100 Issue?
