The above sounds ok to me, although I always recommend the Sipura
SPA-2000 for analogue FXS.

If you need two lines then you could consider ISDN (BRI).  There are
lots of cheap basic ISDN cards to choose from.  If you need one analogue
FXO then it may be worth taking a look at the Sipura SPA-3000.
