this looks like it, I was trying to do it with Random() but this is way
more impressive;)

One more question, an agent has to log in as I see to use queuing. Is it
possible to have similar functionality without the need to log in?
Roundrobin calling woukd be just fine.

I have to assume rep will forget to log in, or log out accidentaly;(
