[Asterisk-Users] Dial command problems

I changed the Dial entry, but it still continues to ring the extension without going to voicemail.

I'm very new to Asterisk, but try:

exten => 231,1,Dial(Zap/g1/231,3,r)
exten => 231,2,Voicemail(u231)
exten => 231,3,Hangup
