[Asterisk-Users] Howto do something after a Dial command is Answered?

Hello,

thanks for the link...

But, after a Dial-Command nothing wil be executed if the call was answered  
(and with the option 'g' only when the called user hangs up).

So how have the extension look like if a want to "dial" a number and  
"tansfer" this call immediately if the called user answeres?
