Greetings,

I also suffer this problem, though slightly different. When it strikes
the 2nd FXS module (in slot 3) goes mostly dead, I say mostly because it
still recives rings but seems unable to go off hook. The phones plugged
in to that jack ring, but when you pick them up it doesn't answer and
the speaker pulses with the ring. If you pick up and try to dial you
don't get a dial tone either.

Both the 1st FXS and the FXO work relatively close to normal, the
exception being worse then normal echo.

This seems to take acouple weeks to happen and when it does I usually
can just unload the modules, load 'em up and restart asterisk and all
works again.

Hardward:
Intel motherboard, PIII 667, TDM400 with 2FXS modules (bought Nov '03),
a X100P
Software:
Ver 1.0 of Asterisk via Debian pacakge.
Ver 1.25 2004/01/02 23:28:52 of Zaptel drivers.
Ver 2.4.20 vanilla Kernel

Regards,
Hez
