[Asterisk-Users] FCC Rules VoIP Must Be Tappable

pretty pointless and may even bring scrutiny.  feds are looking for
encrypted data.  thats somthing the terrorists even know.  they are
supposedly communicating without any encryption so as to not raise any
flags.
