Few minor things I found with the 7940:

      * Hands free speaker is not full duplex
      * Could not get PoE working with HP PoE switches (802.3af). May
        only work with Cisco PoE switches/standard ??

Otherwise, of the 5 phones we tested, it had the largest and probably
most legible screen display.

I can't comment on the 7960 as I was not able to test this model.
