Hi There,
I got a question is it been possible to use asterisk as an normal
telephone...

So far in germany it is not been normal to call a number and then
enter the extention number her you dial the number directly...

for example

in the USA you dial
123344   and then the extention code 123

in the europe you normaly call
123344123

and then you get the person directly....
