Ya..good points.

I have a Network Appliance filer I plan to use for back-end secure 
storage, and I like so far the Cisco 7960 phones.

Im working with a list member here already on specifics, and I am sure 
he'll be a great resource if i can talk Mgmnt into going this direction.
