Hi Michael,

Yes if you buy from us, Digium makes money and it 
helps support Asterisk.

We purchase via Digiums distribution channel.

Me -> Distribution -> Digium.


We could go and get FXO cards direct from asia, but
we prefer to make sure that Digium continues to be 
funded and this helps.

The T1/E1 cards are designed by Digium and thus they
are the source of those cards.  Same seems to be true
for the 4xFXS cards.
