[Asterisk-Users] How do you get registered to IAXTEL?

Ok I know that I am new user and would like some information on how to register to use IAXTEL.  I looked at the gnophone web but it does not tell me how to register or where!  Yes I am very new to Asterisk and Linux so please help. I did a google on this and kept sending back to the main site IAXTEL but I feel lost!  Also can someone explain what top posting is? I don't want to do this on your user list!
