Pretty straight forward. A SIP phone at '192.168.1.70' failed registration at 
your Asterisk box at '192.168.1.1'.

Try "sip debug" at your CLI, and you'll see similar messages as the ones I 
described in my "SIP registration" thread.

(I still can't make the damned thing work)
