[Asterisk-Users] Adpcm, 6KHz codec

What I need is adpcm algorithm (4 bits per sample) with 6 KHz sampling rate
(6000 samples per second). This is 24kbps.

The standard (cvs) asterisk adpcm plays at 8 KHz, i.e. 32kbps.
