It seems the only 32bit 3.3V PCI slot in the entire universe is on the 
DELL 600SC motherboard. Everyone else needs to plug the card into a 
64bit 66MHz slot. Most 64bit slots are OK, but watch out for a few 33MHz 
only slots which are 5V only. 64bit slots usually go with dual CPUs, but 
a few single CPU motherboards with Serverworks chip sets also have 64bit 
slots.
