Try this:

 Dial(Zap/g4/123456,20,t)

I've found that mixing | in a Dial() can cause a problem.  I don't know
why and I don't know when, but I had a problem.

or this:

 Dial(Zap/1/123456,20,t)

Just in case you have some problem with your group= settings.
