[Asterisk-Users] What is the best IP phone?

i asked this because i have very bad experience with SNOM phones..(infact
SNOM 200)
i have given them to some telephone opearators (running asterisk pbx) and
they are giving so many problems to me.
Thats y i am asking for a good IP, SIP phone which can be used as a operator
phone too..
