This is just my 0.02 but I would really like to have a headset jack.  It means all the world to me, but I don't know about others.  This would be extra important for cheapo call center clients (like I want to do).  This would probably make the difference for me to not get a GS and I decide to buy a hardphone.  I can't really put a fair number on this one.
