[Asterisk-Users] retrieve_?_from_mysql.pl files??

You'll want to #include it.  This leaves the burden of the [general] and
any static configs on sip.conf but allows the script to blindly write out
from the database to sip_additional.conf

in sip.conf:
#include sip_additional.conf
