Exactly the idea I'd had to get UK CLID into *.... except rather than
using a modem, i'm using a BT CD-50 unit which i'm about to hack to
provide CLID output in RS232 format. See

information. The CD50 is avaliable on Ebay for about a fiver (I paid
about 8 quid incl. P&P for mine).

I was thinking of using AGI for this, as you suggest. Should be nice and
simple to knock up a perl script to do it. I'll try and find some time
over the weekend to knock up a script.
