Try the 'r' option in your Dial command.

exten => 1234,1,Dial,SIP/someone at outthere.com||r

For further options, try "show application dial" from the CLI.

When I place a call using Iconnecthere as my sip provider, I hear no
ringback when making a call.  Does anyone else have this problem or
